The battle is won in the prayer closet, not on the battlefield.
There is a reason we are to be called prayer warriors. We are enlisted to shoot prayers into the atmosphere. They are heat-seeking missiles certain to hit their mark.
We are often eager to act. The Lord encourages us to pause, wait and consider what the great commander and chief would have us do. Be still and know. What often seems right to us is much improved when we sit in silence, listen and are then assured the Lord is with and for us.
God answers with either, not now or here is how. We must be still in order to hear His still small voice promising big results certain to foil the enemy.
Look up child. Take confidence in the power of the prayer closet. Victory is at hand!
