Within 2 Samuel 5:17-25 we find the key to David’s success. David never lost a military battle. Why? He asked.
In this passage he could have relied on past experience having faced the same scenario and issues with the same enemy. Rather than repeat a strategy David calls on the Lord again. He could have considered it a no brainer but he learned to invite God into his work and as a result God blessed him and empowered him.
When we value what God values and we invite Him into our decision making our entire life becomes worship. God joins us in the battle. Not a bad partner, a Giant Partner indeed!!!!
