When at Sea

Distance cannot separate us nor the space of all the world. Fewer things I’d give my life to than to be with my lovely girl.

No mountain ever high enough. No ocean too deep for sure. I would conquer any obstacle to be at her front door.

I miss her when not with her and I am sad when she is gone. But when I am with her, life is like the sun at every dawn.

If I am to ever be so happy and my heart forever full, then in her presence I must be like a lily in a pool.

So about her I will ponder. In awe of her I’ll be. Like a sailor who loves sailing, never happier than when at sea.
